The two-meter-long weird skeleton lay on a beach near New Zealand's capital Wellington. The remnants of the mysterious creature found in the walk by the vet Maria Lombard and despite her education she did not come to herself from what animal the skeleton comes from. The woman therefore took pictures of the skeleton with a dragon's head and sent the pictures to the New Zealand National Museum. Experts then identified the mysterious animal. According to them, it is a skeleton of New Zealand stingray called Dipturus innominatus. This whip lasts for up to 24 years and grows up to 2.4 meters in length.
